This is a device to automatically spray fixing bond and fix it to the holder after performing cosmetic inspection on the lens.
Functions
- Facility composed of the A/B stations.
- Inject lens and holders at the same time into each station.
- Attach the auto fixer at the top to the robot with 3 axes- XYZ.
- Check the lens exterior on the head of auto fixer.
- Move to the bond sprayer at the side to spray bond to the lens side.
- After that, it auto fixes the lens to the header.
